Research Excellence Award
Prof. Liansu Meng has been awarded the 2015 Research Excellence Award for her project, “Looking through the Dust: A Poetic Study of Transnational Feminism and Technological Imagination in Modern China (1900-1980)”.

National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship
Prof. Daniel Caner has been awarded a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities for 2015-2016 for his project, “The Early Evolution of Christian Philanthropy.”
DAAD Grant
Prof. Anke Finger has received the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) “Research Stay” grant for archival research in Berlin this summer. Her project is entitled “Flusserian Creativity: Innovation in the Digital Age.”
