Majoring in French offers you a great opportunity to become a K-12 French teacher!

There are two ways to become certified at UConn; the Integrated Bachelors/Masters (IB/M) program allows you to receive a certification in French Language Education and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in only five years, while the Teacher Certification Program for College Graduates (TCPCG) allows you to obtain this certification and Masters degree after completion of your B.A. in French.
