All online reservations must be submitted 24 HOURS BEFORE your event (or by 1:00 pm on Fridays for events the following Monday). Be aware that your reservation is not complete UNTIL you have received an E-MAIL CONFIRMATION. You are responsible for all the equipment you check out of the Media Center. Generally equipment should be reserved with an eye to its return the same day. You are responsible for returning it and for ensuring that labs are clean and properly locked as you leave them. Other people may have a reservation later that day. If your event runs after hours, equipment must be returned by 1:00 pm on the next day or at an earlier time specified by the Media Center should there be a morning reservation. If you realize you need equipment less than 24 hours before your event, walk-ins are welcome, though please be aware that there is no guarantee that the equipment will be available. Present yourself to the lab in person or contact it by calling 860-486-1509 and we will do our best to accommodate you. To help us with organization, PLEASE PLAN AHEAD and DO YOUR BEST TO MINIMIZE WALK-INS. If you need the assistance of a student tech worker onsite for your event, please reserve 48 hours in advance so that we can ensure that the Media Center is properly staffed Only LCL Graduate Students and Faculty are authorized to make equipment, room, and tech support reservations.
